alright to two coat with it? second coat next day. much suction? only reason being going over eml (with ply on back). would use s/c but space for knocking up is a beeeeeatch. only about ten metres worth of columns. add bonding and hit in one day? lol

Surely if you bead it for the correct thickness you could get away doing it in a day, two coats if needed close together one monolithic coat finish?
 
Its the time of year. On a no suction background it could take all day to go off. 2 coat it and expect a bit of suction.
 
Try mixing washed sand with rapid cement and OPC ( scratch 2:1:4 ) rapid: OPC: sand...splash of feb. leave for 2 hours then top with ( 2:1:5) rapid:OPC sand splach of WPA . Home in no time ...rib lathe is superior to EML
 
Weber OCR already has plasticizer and a bit of lime in it. You can accelerate it with frostproofer. The Wickes stuff is good.
