In November we had a few jobs to seal up, with a break in the weather which meant the renders would all be dry we put the water barrel in the van, topped it up with 175L of paraguard, and pumped it with the machine water pump through a couple of hozelock garden hoses with the hand gun on the end. If you have a big area to do this has to be the fastest and easiest way of getting it on the wall.

wastefull tho? with a small pump and a very fine spray, none gets dropped. granted it takes longer but paraguard is that expensive it pays to take it slower.

Not really, the pressure can be turned down at the gun, some will always be lost to the floor but its not worse if your moving quick enough.
