Hi, hoping someone might recognise my issue!
External extension completed around 18months ago. Parex render finish. We’ve had really heavy rain for a week or so and there is a damp patch above the bifolds. It seems to be larger the more it rains and fades when it dries out. There is a hairline crack about 5cm to the right of the damp patch, unsure if it’s related. I am wondering if it something to do with the upper bifolds and the drainage?
Is it a problem that needs to be fixed in some way or is it something that I can live with, knowing it dries out when the weather improves?
Struggling to work out why it is just that particular location that seems to be affected. Any advice or opinions are welcome!
