Did you scrape it? How long before scraping, at normal temps.

Yep it's there hydraulic lime range, for a start I wouldn't be using it this time of year it will never cure.
but if your daft- use it like there Clair and moyen, treat it the same as normal monorex on application although it slumps like there bl10 and tears like ehi. Scratch the same as as monorex Ie i bar etc.
