Thats right Rigs, its a bit creamier to me than ocr.

It's a good product all round even hand balling. It's a bit more modified than ocr tho so prefer it.

its a good backing render, use to be a dog to use tho, we used it when it first came over years ago and it was chewy a bit like Enewalls gear now but they changed it about 3 year ago and its on the money now.

I pay about £5 a metre including vat.

Its not cheaper than OCR its not actually that far of the price of monorex.
Good gear more like uncoloured mono than sand and cement but I wouldn't one was better to use than the other.

It is if it works out at £5m2 Inc vat, I pay about £5.40 a bag ocr plus vat.

It can be scraped finish according to their brochure, so probably is uncoloured mono.

You can scrape finish OCR too or UF base, its a very fine texture finish.

Yeah It is like a mineral, cement, lime render yep. No colour in it, a little more dense, and a bit more cement content
