Parinter drying time

For the guys that have used parinter,what would be the minimum time to wait to texture over?

about 40 to 50 mins mate

They usually spec one day per mill of thickness. Never known any one adhere to this rule though

Yep they say that but I asked Luke Pickford this and he said 48 hours this time of year, but I guess there's no suction from behind if its a painted substrate your going over .

I never apply texture over any product that has any sort of damp remaining. The texture will shell off in time as the escaping moisture is sealed in and the adhesion is flawed as the moisture is still trying to expel.

At 4mm painter should dry full after a few days but if you use it thick and float it up I would leave it well over a week to dry out

Do you guys sponge parinter before texture or spat flat.
I have used parinter a few times but have just sponged as a finish.
