paying labourers

what do you all pay your labourers , just general holding boards and mixing and cleaning , he wont be helping me trowl up or ne thing ???
 
£40 / £50 a day always pay at the end of the job even if I not been paid yet.

Used to wind me up when I was labouring used to get the "we didnt get paid so we not paying you" used to piss me off

Id say around the 40 mark!!
 
its hard cuz there is never a good time 2 let them av ago on the wall..i dnt use labs...i mix my self clean my self..save me self £200 a week..but i will die at the age of 25 im sure
 
yeh oasis im the same but i have a job coming up and need a hand over boarding a very high celling i will be on scafolding so they could pass my mix up to me i was just thinking for the sake of 40 quid il save my self a lot of back and leg ake hopefully get in all done in a long day haha i wish ???
