Just wondering what people think is their definition of a perfectly skimmed ceiling as opposed to one that's not?

Full of trowel marks, water marks, tape showin thru, badly brush marked edges and some bits fallin off!!

my mrs' cousin has just bought a house and when they moved in they were having bits and bobs done. i offered to go up and do any plastering for them. in the end they only needed small patches done for now and because its in manchester they said theyd get a friend of a friend to do them to save me coming up. they were ALL like that one. then they ask you when you go up...what do you think then? i just replied...yep....
