I have a job to start soon.i am using parex parinter/mesh then topped with a bucket coat.
I have decided to pin this for piece of mind so any advice on what fixings to use?
Cheers

I use ewi fittings for 40mm boards. A faster way is with a Hilti gun with magnetic end and washers. Fast but risk of rust.

So how does this work @Rigsby,does it fire the fixings in through the material just leaving the washer proud?
If I use ewi fixings I will have to cover in another coat to cover the plastic?

Is it you on your own bobby? If there's 2or3 of you can't you mechanically fix while the scratch is firm but green and so just be countersunk?

Sorry to hijack men.

Just went to have a look at one today half is smooth face engineering brick and the other is what looks like Yorkshire stone brick slips??

How much is parienter?

Which is the most cost effective way chemical or mechanical key? Taking into account labour costs of pinning eml or the likes?

Has anyone gone over brick slips?

Also with the Yorkshire stone its gonna eat the basecoat, is it possible to use S & C to dub out over the stone pre basecoat?

York stone cladding will fly off. Take it off pal

Only use painter if it is painted. If he smooth brick is just as it is use rendaid.

Right ok, so rendaid with mesh embedded? Or that not need just mesh the mono or both?

Makes life a lot easier if the stone cladding comes off for sure

Nice one bud

Yeah they had all sorts but ilast time I was in they only did krend.
Ccf would be nearest to you I recon Bootle end it is they got rendaid and pral m
