pir celetex insulation board

I have a internal wall to insulate was going to use celetox 25mm . Do you think it would be ok to dab this onto existing skimmed wall or should I fix it on to timber batterns and then dab the boards onto the celetex.

Fix the cellotex back to the wall temporarily with a few pins then fix laths over the top set for your boards , ensure you get the cellotex with the built in vapour barrier mates, or just dot thermal bonded boards on
