Evening all,
Just went to price a job and nearly pooed myself when I seen the size of it as I am used to plastering small size domestic houses. anyway I didn't no where to start and the customer said he can send me the plans. I thought They cant be that hard. They are.
so my questions are what size paper do I get the plans printed on?and do I need to get a scale ruler or just a normal 1? and I assume you use the scale to measure the sizes??? I understand these may be silly questions to some people but that's what forums are for. any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers

I know a good QS who prices work for us and only charges us if we get the job. Ask around your mates in the trade hopefully someone might know one

Get yourself a 3sided scale rule, the scale ratio will be printed on the drawings, and a set of florescent markers to keep track off what you have measured . Make sure you have an elevation drawing for room heights if not a standard construction.
