Went to view these last week they were done last year by a builder , completely stuffed, customer says they were a quarter to half full of stone at bottom, 4 in total membrane on inside , don’t like getting involved with these tbh as they always seem to be mashed up after a while if you was gonna do them any preference to materials to use or anything else I could advise customer to help not be in a state ?

Only done similar when they are tanked on inside. Appears there's no drainage in these so if they're not tanked, any render is going to have a hard time from hydrostatic pressure, salt migration, nutrient migration etc.

Maybe KA slurry first then meshed cement render IMO but I still wouldn't give more than a 'til I've packed up and gone' guarantee.

Would be interested to know others success with such things...
