lads, looking for an experienced plasterer to jump on the odd render job with me, mainly for me to gain a bit more experience, i've been plastering full time since 16 (now 24) and can render but wouldn't like to take on some of the jobs i often get offered on my own. i have decent lads working for me but they're not interested in the render, im sick of turning the jobs down.
