plasterer needed for 2 new builds in sleaford,
I have had one horrifying quote from a local plasterer recommended by one of Jewsons Counter staff.
Can somebody tell me roughly how much I should expect to pay per square metre.
Do plasterers estimate by metreage or by room size or by some mystical formula involving the " trowel sprites" of gypsum?

Bodge the builder,.....trowel spirits of gypsum....you dont need a quote..you need to lay of the wacky gear mate.All jobs are priced on their merit and individual circumstances.There are many variables to concider.Drawings first ,then a site visit to firm up costs.Get some more from local plasterters to get an idea of a fair price mate.

Basically you are after a price. Either to give to your customer or so you can tell your plasterer what you are paying him. How can you price jobs if you don't know how much to factor in for a spread??

£8.50 per M2 for skimming or £350 a room any size or £200 a day daywork. That's the prices were all on at the mo Badge :RpS_thumbup:
