There are ove 100 plasteres curreny registeed on Link Removed

Don't worry it's not an agency. It works more like eBay whereby it puts people together. Companies post jobs and workers apply for them. It's simplyfying the sub-contract world I guess for finding work.

I appreciate the sarcasm!

Of course there is a fee, did you expect something for free?? The fee equates to approx 30p per day (£10 per month). I actually work for Multiwork. It was set up by two guys trying to help people like you find work with the knowledge that you would be working for good companies who pay you on time and in full for the work you do. The idea being that they will help you find the good companies and sift out the cowboy companies and likewise for good companies to find good workers as opposed to the guys that leave site early and sit at home on the PC and then claim a full days pay (no offense :D) BUT there are many out there on both ides of the fence.

Seriously for a tenner a month there are hundreds of jobs. For me you can take it or leave it its up to you but thought I'd get on some of these forums to help others find work. I used to be a floor layer and was fed up of people not paying on time etc. They are also teaming up with large organisations to try get good van deals and insurance packages, all within the monthly fee.

I know there are jobs on there at the minute for plasterers paying £40 an hour if you are interested.

The reputable workers out there will apreciate my comments and your replies I'm sure. Like I said I'm not selling it to you but thought I would let people who need work know about it. Sarcasm is one thing but working for a living is something most of us have to do.

You enjoy playing hangman champ!

Thank you for your advice. I was shocked that you didn't use sarcasm. As a northerner myself I am only used to such talk ;D

I have contacted admin and the site owner and for the sake of clarity we are not touting, thinking of me as a church goer as I am merely spreading the word and trying to help. As with all walks of life, some people don't wish to be helped.

Now concentrate on hangman ???

or charged rates for unobtainable work , you are one of many my friend , fair play if you can get some business touting on here , crack on but we have heard it all before what makes your site any different , if the works so good why aren't you back on the tools , surely £40 per hour back on the tools is better than you get touting for the company

Well said Warrior, I don't understand how these people are allowed to advertise on here for nothing in amongst adds asking for donations ??? ???

First of all Essexandy I am not advertising. Can you not see that I am actually just coming on the forum to see if I can help anyone. The purpose of this is to see if we can make our site better FOR YOU.

Warriorupnorth why do you assume it is unobtainable work? The reason contracting companies post jobs on Ultiwork is because they can't find RELIABLE TRUSTWOTHY workers. They use the site as they can rate and recommend whilst viewing past feedback etc ensuring they get better work done.

You are right in thinking there are a lot of scams on the internet but how would we get members to keep coming back if the jobs were unobtainable? Its not a viable business is it?

We will be introducing a domestic works section so members of the public can post jobs. If you follow us on Facebook you will note that we have started a campaign called Local Jobs for Local People. Our company is ligitimate and trying to assists others find work. There is also the addition of a directory for people to find you
quicker.

Again no offence but Business Development Manager or back on the tools? No thinking required bud.

Im sure Danny will sort it out once his soberd up ,thats if the skarks ,crocs and killer spiders havnt got him ??? but untill then lets play harsh but fair ;).

This post is computer generated by someone who aint got a scooby do ,and not an ointion of the plasterers forum so im going to lock it for now and if Dan give us the ok and un-locks it thats fine .
