Plastering an existing concrete wall on the beach

I wanted to ask a couple questions and seek some advice on a upcoming job I have. I am planning on plastering an existing concrete wall on the beach. Any recommendations on how to prep existing concrete wall in order to receive the new plaster coat?
What material would you recommend to use in a situation where the plaster will be exposed to the ocean?
Any recommendations on how or what to use when plastering a sea wall?

Yes, it is a existing concrete wall 15 feet from the ocean. The wall has been chipping and breaking over time, so I’m looking to use some type of plaster coating to make the wall look better

Hotels and houses by me are forever getting stripped and done again painted every year....

The weather coming off the sea front is brutal.

Even the sand under bonet of cars is a fuucker.
