Has anybody tried the LED lights that look like the halogen lights.
The halogen give the best light of but they can break quite quickly if you are careless. The flourescent will take a bash but the light is awful espescially at dusk or dawn.

i was looking at them at screwfix yesterday morning. at £30 i reckon they're worth a punt, i'll pick one up tomorrow and tell you if its any good. p issed off with halogens blowing every 5 mins!

£55 For that light at lawsons but you get what you pay for they are excellent lights , you will a couple in say a 4mx 4m room , but i had a pair for 3 years now great lights .

apparently they are banning normal trowels because they are too sharp. oasis is gonna make a killing with his plastic trowel

I've made my own light, got a 400 watt metal halide light that they use on car parks etc, made a wooden stand for it and wired it up with some of that arctic flex, absolutely by far the best ever plastering light i have ever seen or used, it gives off a very bright white light, I've just done a lounge in a barn conversion, 28'x14' this one light in the corner lit the whole room up a treat, never had to move it. Bulbs are a bit pricey but it takes a knock ok, I've twatted it a few times now and it hasn't bothered it so far. I would post a picture but i don't know how........

IF this was a thread with anything to do with plastering machines it would be deleted or something, just goes to show dunnit

a refina megamixer is a plastering machine...

isnt a luddite someone who objects to advances in technology on the presumption of loss of livelihood? nothing to do with bandwagon advertising.... ???
