Hi all,
looking for some advice really, I've always done skimming work with a steel trowel but unfortunately broke it yesterday. I need a new one and I was wondering if there are any stainless trowels out there that are more like steel ones? I used a stainless marshalltown one a few years ago and didn't get on because it didn't feel firm enough. The reason I'm asking is because I like the look of a 15 inch refina stàinless one with the obvious benifits of not having to maintain as much as a carbon steel one . The one I broke was a 16x5 marshalltown carbon steel trowel.
Any advice would be great thanks

I use a Refina Leather handled trowel .... best trowel ive had to be fair ... wouldn't use anything else now but I love Refina gear so im just biased no doubt :RpS_lol:

If your picky you will probably want to hold the trowel before buying it.
Buying online is great if you already know what your buying.
l personally use marshalltown refina and nela trowels and they all differ in blade flex and feel.
