With sites closing and not selling the ones that are built and no first time buyers . Every company i have rang says they have no work and the job centre ones are no good they are only 1 -2 weeks work if that with not much pay !!

i agree with both of the above, grab every lead you can. the building industry is all about who you know, the more people who have your phone number the better you'll do.
