Hi,

I'm hoping to get my kitchen floor done in polished plastering. I have a few questions:

1) Will it be strong enough for people walking across it or moving around? Will it crack?

2) Dropped plates, other items etc, will it be able to cope?

3) How will it compare to Porcelain Tiles?

The individual to do the job is experienced and has advised me that he will use 6mm plywood underneath the plaster and use mesh to make sure it doesn't crack or break.

Peeps, what are your thoughts? Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks

Hi mate
What's the current sub strait he looking to put ply on. Micro is super tough and can send a beating. For general walking traffic with shoes and such you should finish it off with a two part resin/hardener

If the applicator is experienced enough he should have already convinced ed you about the properties of micro cement and application processes
