Been lying up all day in bed again dopped up flicking through youtube and came across this song about hard work. Dont know how it ended up in my videos to see but anyway, it sounds more like an old 70s porn music. Got me thinking about a few of the songs we have heard on the radio few years back about the working man, ie- you and i!
This next one we used to sing f**k**g about years ago. Aul Christy, some singer he is. Some of yous might know this and id say, all the irish will!
Sure while im at it, heres another one with christy. About the ordinary man when times hit bad during recessions. Dont know if this was one released during thatchers rein but one i grew up with anyway.
Love the Dubliners but could never take to this one over the years for some reason!
One about emigrating for work, dont think its an original irish song thou, but this group sing it well.
