Potential damp K-rend or sills?

Hi all. New to this forum, reading some of the existing threads on the forum and really impressed with the amount of helpful experienced people on here.

Please can someone shed light on the attached photographs, could be an issue with sills or K-rend being to thin? Small damp patches appearing on the interior reveals around the window within both upper and lower bay windows inside.

You’ve a couple of cracks in your sills by the looks of it, water will trace in there also that rendered ledge detail won’t be helping either. The new drive looks to be a tad high to should be 150mm below damp and preferably 100mm width of decorative chippings bordering the property to act as a soak away.

Agree the detail on the bottom can't remember what it's called looks like water is resting on it rather than run off, looks like the rain water runs into the house, sills look like they are holding water and one is cracked, not to mention the flags and shite under them also bridge the damp and render.

Thanks for the feedback all, much appreciated.
The Drive is on half being done, the problem with the damp was occurant before the drive was raised. Prior to raising of the drive, we confirmed the DPC was above the new drive level, the front rooms floor is 300mm above the drive level, there's a high step to get into the house, this also confirms the levels.

Rather than taking out the sills and having the need to re-plaster, heat gun pealing off the existing paint, then fill the cracks and damage with a really good weather proofer, painting them a colour afterwards and sealing them up further? This should by me around 3-4 years before having the need to change the sills and re-plastering the house.

We also were able to wipe down the interior patches yesterday, which could suggest it's condensation inside?

thanks again all
