Any of you fine folk using one like this..

Seen them used on hp12 and ocr to achieve a paintable finish. Wondering if any good on sand and cement
 
For the money I think they're worth a punt. I've only used mine to sand the decking and garage door, was worth getting just for that, going to try it on some s&c soon as it stops raining
did you find that powerful for sanding decking? found the spin too slow. ended up rasping eps by hand in end
 
I’ve got a set of scratch pads for mine but too many have said not to bother. I can see why, it would rip the wall to shreds. Good if mono has over set though I’d imagine.
 
They are decent, take all the hard work out of sponging up. Time saving on big walls too.

For mono, they are no good.
