Powerwall question

Got a call last night to look at a house need roughcasted, went to see it today and it has been scrimmed with adhesive coat and has been like that for at least 2yrs the guy said.

Now my question is - is there anything i will need to do in particular to the adhesive coat before topcoating it i.e wetting down or using a stabilizer etc?

wash it first and maybe use their fungicidal sealer first if its been standing. use their rouchcast products to complete the system

So i can use a fungicidal wash on it?

I have ordered the surerend top coat for it

Powerwall actually sell a fungicidal sealer. That is what they would spec to use
