Can't see it workin marra , players will just move to another country for the money? It would have to be a FIFA rule worldwide? Suppose it depend on the actual wage cap figure..... 100 grand a week?.. 200?????

lionel messi has signed a new deal to keep him at barcelona until 2018 £900,000 a month after tax and thats before sponsorship etc.
 
itll never work. they will always find ways around it. bonus'..buying the players cars houses. gifts for their families etc.
 
heard a rumour that the geezer that owns city will just give money to the company that has naming rights on the stadium to put back in the club to show a bigger turnover to keep the big players on big wages
