harlow hospital there to try and relax the muscels around the painfull areas so i can keep moveing it, last time it flared up i diddnt move it and ended up getting frozen shoulder aswell

It was a huge kitchen with lots of damn angles and had about 12 walls in it....

I enjoyed it thought but I could never do it fill time again.... jesus I can hardly walk today I have blisters and cracks already...
