price off drawing

hi whats the best way to do this got a small extension to price off a drawing it not built yet is it best working out how many days it will take plus materials normally all my pricing is done when things are built cheers

if they sent dwgs they prob want quants so just scale it up from the scale box on the plans then work out how many £££££ or should i say £ you want per metre - times it up then bang it in

Before you price ask them for the spec. You might price up for the wrong thing mate.
