Went to price a job today and fell through the old rotten basements stairs!!! Gonna be out of action for a couple of days!! Should I bill the client? Lol

Things could have been much worse. You're within your rights to claim for compensation, but I see that you're a man of integrity because you didn't blow things out of proportion. Speak to the client, and if he has any honour, he will give you the job and compensate you for your losses.

it depends on reasonable care etc, lots of hassle involved. I hope you are not badly not..

Shin swollen up so much that I can't stand on it without pain, hoping it's just bruising and a day being waiting on hand and foot by the misses is all it will need, rung a and e 2 hour wait fck that for a laugh! Bet 2 hours sound like a dream compared to laaannndon :)

Kings a & e (the one on telly) is my local 4 to 8 hrs is the norm in triage ... feel for you as my leg hurts thinking about it...

jesus 2hours is that all i took my labourer to barnet hospital when he cut his wrist and had to wait 3 hours, had to keep buying coffee and mars bars to keep him conscious, and they had to mop the floor where the blood had soaked through the towel and dripped on the floor:-0

Best thing about living in the suburbs, still to long for my liking would have to have lost a leg or something before I do the a and e crap
