Only option i can see here is pipe needs moving. Picture doesnt reall show that it almost touching insulation. . Customer asked if i can do owt but i said it needs moving . Anyone got a better solution

It’s where it goes into the ground will be the pain. Extending the pipe through the wall should be easy enough.
 
Easy job. A joint collar will extend the bend coming out of the wall. Two off sets at ground level to pull it away from the wall. Depending on the off set direction you may need to extend the kitchen and bathroom sink waste.

Come and do this one John, hate messing with s**t stacks. It’s grey pipe under the 30 coats of black paint. Luckily all pushfit so can pull it apart and put new on.
