Ever had tennis elbow? Had it a few years now don’t think it’s ever going to go. I used to use only my mt now I have changed my whole system using nelamax and standard nela flexi. Game changer for managing my elbow

Maybe it's different for tools, but the Italians aren't know for using quality steel. They buy (or certainly used to) cheap sh1t steel from Russia with a high iron and low carbon content.

They are usually known for the tasteful design of things though, but not in this case. It looks like a black dildo on a shiny wall mounting plate.

My pal I spread with had a refina. I'd say the co.me is lighter and the blade is slightly more flexible. I don't have any bias towards any company, my mates refina is nice but I do prefer the co.me.
