Pva issue?

hello there all had bit of trouble as walls reskimming my friend brought shitty glue from band q and taking ages to pull in the wall.. so I put two coats on and let to pull in was taking ages so have left it until tomorow to skim.. will it be okay to skim straight onto in the morning or do I need to give it one more thanks? As I don't want the plastering pulling in on me cheers all..

Should be fine mate I often pva day before then skim following day.

How long do you have to wait for your pva to go hard?

I use the cementone stuff from b and q and not had any problems......by the way everyone dont know what you pay for boards but at b and q if you have a pallet 6 x 3's knauf boards £3.59 including vat and delivery

Depends on the suction... but not normally long The last few jobs I have done have meant that I spend one day PVAing and then skim from there on in....
