Those shitty craft knives that you extend then snap the blade of work quite well fully extended, cuts deeper through the celotex then bend it back and knife the back. I prefer to saw them but suppose if you got loads to go at these might be an alternative.
hot wire are probably the fastest. mate of mine has been hiring a cutter from ryan (1stopshop) to cut 280mm thick boards for ewi. jigsaw would probably be the cheapest option. not sure the blade depth would be enough.
