small jobs are a nuisance, it takes the same setting time as a full hit, I have added cement on occasion ,used dirty water etc, any really clever ways to skim over a small bit of s/c .. wind ups to a minimum please...thanks

you been struggling today as well.
First set today took 4 hours , so used dirty water in second mix , still took 4 hours.

Dirty water saved in a sealed tub week + old. Just don't mix with hardwall or it will go off before you get it out the bucket!

mix up stiffer than normall leave sit 5 min then add bit water wet it down to how u like it then drill it for a while use same gear second coat or if you want it never go off or doin big hit on ya own 3 handfulls drywall each mixadd to water first and spin
