Recommend Trades in South London

I have taken on a big rendering job for a client in Blackheath and because they have only moved recently they do not know any trades in the area so i said i would try and help. So does anyone on here know good, reliable trades for the following. I know trades for all these but as soon as i mention coming into London they all get a bit scared.

1. Fascias/ soffits and guttering
2. Scaffolders
3. Bricklayer / brickwork restorer

Any help/ recommemdations would be really appreciated

Lovely area black health, lots of old money there.
good people need to be booked up way in advance, I am in London 27 yrs and its so difficult to find quality trades men, good carpenters,plumbers,roofers ,electricians,tilers don't come off conveyor belts.
