Recommendations for bonding adhesive between OSB 3 sheets and skim coat afterwards

Your only option is to use plasterboard.
I assume you can't remove the osb as it's for a structural purpose?
Just tac it to the osb using drywall screws and your good to go.
If I remove the OSB which is glued with foam I will consequently damage the underneath plasterboard sheets and would go back to bare brickwork and needed to start over again...that's because I didn't know that HA considered one wall in OSB as fire risk...I have learned my lesson...

Just plaster board over it. Don’t skim over the osb

Why on earth did you stick osb over a previously plastered wall?

Shut up. No one creditable uses foam FFS
He knows his onions, he always uses FOAM when he's at work.
