recommendations of products and professionals needed for self-coloured render

Hi, I'm in the process of renovating an old house in London. I need to replace the soffits, which are made of old-fashioned horse hair plaster. I also want render applied on a new stud wall on a top floor small balcony.

I want to use a self-coloured render because I don't want the huge expense of hiring a scaffold every 5 years to re-paint.

I've spoken to Weber a few times, but am totally confused now as to what to use.

Is there anyone on this site in the SW17 area of London who could maybe come and do a site visit with a view to doing the work? Or if not, can any of you head me in the right direction of what product to use so that I can find a contractor?

Please see the attached which shows the details for the Knauf Aquapanel Exterior Cement Board - The Ideal Render Carrier Board : Knauf Aquapanel Exterior

Pages 16 and 17 show soffit details (it can also be applied to timber backing structure), and earlier pages give assistance with regards to stud wall lining. (the brochure is geared towards new build, we can assist further with refurbishments)

We work with over 10 render system manufacturers who all offer products and finishes (through coloured) to be applied to Knauf Aquapanel Exterior. (Weber is also approved, if this is your prefered supplier to match elsewhere)
