24/48 hours pending on weather conditions. Yes it has to fully cure.

if the scratch coat is sound mate don't see the need for rendaid you've already got your key

Yeah its really high suction on white celcons and was done a long time ago just thought rendaid would be a good option

If your controlling the suction I would prime with sbr@4-1 then way you go

Id use rend aid and mesh covers you bit more, we always do it that way but sound
