Render issue

Hi all, I done a sand and cement render job in the summer last year and the client has just contacted me to say its discolouring.
I went and had a look and I'm unsure if it's salt coming through or further issues?
It feels dry and not blown, is there anything I need to do to correct this? All I can think is to hack off and go again?
It is being painted, will it be okay once painted?
Thanks

Looks like a Leak to me
Definitely contaminated

Weak mix aswell, letting through possibly.

I'd go again as it's cracked on the left and the window too.

I'm betting that's blown though mate.

The way that's cracked on the left.

Looks like water is leaking behind somewhere. Don't just do it again until the leak is found and corrected or you'll be in the same position again later. Judging by the fact that there is no corner on the fascia board I would check water is not blowing in there and then down the cavity or somehow behind your render.
