had to look at a job in the week.140m2 previosly rendered and painted all sound render. the house has had some alterations windows/doors blocked up, he has blocked them off with marine ply obviously to paper and wire to render. he's not a builder diy- er.. now he's thinking of getting the whole house re-rendered doesn't want it patched in. wanted to re wire the whole house and render it all as new. my concern is this going to cost alot rib lath/( i know i can save using eml )and the wire is going over old painted render, do i need to worry about papering the previously rendered areas or can i wire straight over and render as normal? he doesn't want to hack it all off route.any advice or thoughts welcome. thanks claw
