Render over painted plinth?

got to spruce up a plinth round a bungalow tomorrow, was gonna one coat magic coat using a sbr slurry. i normally grind it up for a mechanical key as well but i`m sure just the sbr slurry would hold it without grinding, am i right???

Slap it on then mr magic coat will work wonders, well at least for a few weeks

if she aint gonna pay for a 2 coat render i think ocr and rend aid will be out the question

I am sure webber rend aid etc etc is brilliant stuff BUT at the moment work is hard to come by as is the money in the customers hand,I doubt very much the customer gives a damn if he has his house etc etc in s/c or webber, what he will care about though is the huge difference in price.

how much is the rend aid, mesh, top coat and labour gonna cost ?

£40 sqm.Unless i do it , then its more like £45.lol
