Builder rang my pal. said that the architect wont accept the house been rendered as it was supposed to be krend, how it happened i do not know or why but it did. question part, whats the way to go about krend on to this now, flat floated render, get rep in or...

i f he has never used mono finish ,think it might be best for him to get someone in mate

Up to him, I don't like jobs that have gone wrong before they are started ,

Hp12 base coat with mesh , possible mechanical fixing topped with comrend/mono/ft etc to achieve a valid spec
