Hello chaps
I'm after someone to help me out to render an outbuilding which has recently been built by myself.
Located in Hastings
[email protected]
Not a large amount of m2 but not straight forward.
Please see link below for my other thread

Please excuse the awful photo.
I have more better quality which I can email, also have architects drawings to forward if anybody is interested.
Many Thanks
Dave

Plenty of great spreads on here mate and sure one local to you will pop along shortly to help :RpS_thumbup:

Does not quiet work like that Bobby - the tape and joint sits on the surfaace of the boards and then gets covered by the basecoat and mesh... the Aquapanel Exterior is not a tapered board like some Gypsum boards.....

Hi Olican
I've had Mathew from mgwcontractors contact me today thanks to this forum.
Fingers crossed, can't wait to get the outside finished.

We could do it for you but not for a few months yet.

At this time of year I would be asking why someone is not busy if they can do it tomorrow.

What's the meter age?

people make me laugh when they say they wouldn't trust someone who can start tomorrow. got a small rendering job to do Monday. looks like its pissing it down. if someone phones Sunday for a job do I say im too busy so it doesn't look like im sat at home waiting for work

Agree, we are a 2&1 gang and if a small job comes in 1 man will nip off and do it (so long as it doesnt affect schedule on main job) we often do jobs next day. Keeps fresh clients coming

We all get jobs that don,t hit there start date ,due to ........,and that makes a gap ,always been the same , with respect to Steve

Thankyou for your comments guys.
Heres a panoramic of the garden, just before the upstairs windows to the playhouse were fitted.

We book the weeks up in advance, but the weekends and evenings are still there if your hungry enough for it.

It depends, sometimes we hate people phoning looking for is to look at stuff, other times, we are hoping to fill in a gap, often have four jobs books to start around the same time, often end up doing them all ourselves as we can't get good people in.idiot rang the other day about 4 metres to skim, I said I may be able to do it one evening next week, he rang yesterday saying I was doing it Monday, very adamant that I said I would, I hung up.SORRY TO THE POSTER, good luck with your job. Would love to be somewhere nice like this

Thankyou for your comments.
Not including the windows the 2 sides to be rendered are 35m2.
To give you an idea the grey windows are 1m high.
