Renderer required

Hi chaps

First post here, hope what I'm about to offer isn't frowned upon!:-S
I run a small spray render gang covering Manchester/Cheshire areas and I am looking to add another experienced renderer to our team.
We do mainly monocouche so looking for somebody with extensive experience in scratch renders, other systems would be an advantag.
Our work is mainly domestic/one off builds and primary aim is to speed things up to get through work quicker with a view of then forming a 2nd gang which you will be in charge of.
You must have own transport initially. This will be a temporary to permanent position if the right man is found.
Examples of previous work will need to be seen.

Thanks @dieselpower, and yes @radford on the books, possible subby rates can be discussed I suppose but the idea would be to be working with us most of the time anyway.
Unless the right guy also brings work this way then obviously discussions are open.

I've trawled the NW many times. Good lads (the ones you want working under your name) are all too busy or in demand to come on board full time. The others end up flirted off after a short stint.
