Afternoon fellas,
I've scratchcoated a garden wall, and it's looking like there may be a window in the weather tomorrow to float the topcoat. Its rained non-stop for two days where I am, so what I need to know is, can I throw the top coat on to a wall that has taken two days rain, and will not have dried out at all?
I appreciate a dry wall should be wetted down before rendering, but like I said, its pissed down non-stop.
Is this a goer?
