rendering over bungaroosh wall

Just hacked off some render today and realised its a bungaroosh wall, what do you reckon is the best approach to re rendering it?

It depends,we did one before and the used per bagged lime,horrible walls to put standard sand and cement on

A lot of left overs from battersea power station in its hey day were used in the construction of these walls
