Rendering over KA tanking slurry

I have a block wall in my garden that I’m getting rendered K rend silicone. I have tanked the backside with KA tanking slurry, some of the area tanked will also be rendered, only a small amount.

I have read the following instructions, does this mean K Rend can be used ontop of the slurry? If so what needs to be done?

Yep go over it, good gear the ka stuff, you just need some sort of mechanical key so your k rend adheres to it.maybe the r7 primer over the lot so you get even suction from your blockwork and tanking slurry.
