I'm pricing up a job to render over rock-faced blocks, was just wondering if anyone had any experience of this. They have quite a curve from top to bottom on the face, a lot more than usual ones I've seen. I'm wondering would it be best to sbr and dub out the recesses and bring it flush with the face of the block or hack off the proudest parts of the block then sbr, scratch and top coat.
Thanks
