repair jobs

I like doing repair jobs, shop ceiling damage from upstairs bathroom leak. In out 5 hours done . You can earn as much
fron these small repairs then sweating your knackers off skimming all day.
 
i had a nice little turn of these last summer for about 4 weeks just 5 or 6 little repairs everyweek, was good it ment i got to get home in time to fire up the bbq and have a few bevies before the nxt days work
 
The small jobs are where the money is thats for sure! can easily make 250+ a day from some of them, however getting 5 seperate jobs a week is a different story!
 
i miss those days of domestic jobs like that insurance jobs and the like,

cups of tea made for you, praise for you and appraciation of your work by the home owner cos there house is usually a mess until you rock up and plaster there water damaged ceiling etc.

but i started a job ten days ago was only on it 2days when it turned into an insurance job only been back 1 day since then:RpS_mad:have gave bloke 3 different estimates and still waiting to see if i doing the extra work:RpS_confused: pain in da butt
 
Stopped doing insurance work to long getting paid out or just after a written estimate while his mate was doing the job all along.
 
blokes ok cos have done work for him b4:RpS_thumbup:, insurance company being the pain ! i got to wait till friday for them to check if walls have dried enough to start:RpS_bored:, the plumber and two mates where sent down from glasgow to fix burst pipe , stayed down over night................... money to burn or what !!!!!
