Got a wall which was done with hardwall and multifinnish wall smooth but is full of waves and low thro middle, dry as was done awhile ago, whats the best way to reskim with multifinnish? Do I need to scratch up surface to give a key, or use pva or blue grit which would be best.

I'd PVA it

5 - 1
Then
1 - 1

It goes nice on reskims in this case
Old multi has a nice set and pull time.
Just the right suction.
As it's a wavy substrate you'll want a bit of pull otherwise s**t'll be slumping and sliding - it'll go nice

PVA - dub coat - top.

What about the pink stuff?
Do not fall into the trap of utube wankers pushing products
When in reality all they did was put colour in this
Same as halftime /extra those ingredients were introduced 20+years ago into plaster
I can be purchased @ a fraction of the cost

Thanks for advice one question should both coats of PVA be fully dry before applying plaster

Serious observation though I think it stays more tacky than other SBR I've used?

It’ is sbr
The product is sbr with color , he has no data sheet for the product …special blend it’s pink
Like half time /extra the product was/is already
available for many many years ,they just put another label on it ,to scam peeps to think it’s a magic potion

The one & only that real pros is pre grit
Destroys any pva /sbr
