Hi
I was spraying pral m chalk as roughcast on Friday and noticed back pressure was jumping up and down .
I put brand new rotor and stator (normal b42 l ) on from the start and was spraying speed 5 water on 90 which seemed fine but as the day went on seemed to be spluttering quite a bit.
I turned water up to 100 but was then bit too wet for what I wanted.
Anyone else had this problem or can help with machine?
Thanks

Keep the water at a constant and adjust your speed until you are happy with spray pattern, flighty white is a bit quick through a mixer pump because it has less pigment in it, or you can mix with a drill and pour into hopper, that might give you a better consistency.

Make sure you have a new 10mm cap on. Go up to speed 6 if u have to. I find the soft can be better for roughcast as it keeps the amps down.
